Liga Profesionistă de Fotbal Uzbekistan (sau Oily Liga înainte de anul 2008) este primul eșalon din sistemul competițional fotbalistic din Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan - PFL (Prima Ligă de Fotbal) este o competiție de fotbal de nivel secund din Uzbekistan, după Super Liga de Fotbal din Uzbekistan. Înființată în 1992, liga este alcătuită din 14 echipe care se întrec pentru titlul de campion.
Sezonul PFL se desfășoară în sistem tur-retur, fiecare echipă jucând cu celelalte de două ori, o dată pe teren propriu și o dată în deplasare. Cele mai bune două echipe promovează în Super Liga, în timp ce ultimele două echipe retrogradează în A Liga.
