The Korvpalli Meistriliiga (KML), known as the PAF Korvpalli Meistriliiga for sponsorship reasons, is the top-tier men's basketball league in Estonia. The league is organized by the Estonian Basketball Association.
The competition was founded in 1925. From the 1998–99 season until the end of the 2001–02 season the league was organized by the Eesti Korvpalliklubide Assotsiatsioon (English: Estonian Basketball Clubs' Association). As of the 2018–19 season, Estonian-Latvian Basketball League regular season games count towards the KML standings. The games are played under FIBA rules. The most successful team in the competition is Tartu Ülikool (University of Tartu), with 26 titles. BC Kalev/Cramo are the defending league champions.

KML (Korvpalli Meistriliiga) este principala ligă de baschet din Estonia. Acesta a fost fondată în 1992, după independența Estoniei față de Uniunea Sovietică. Liga este alcătuită din 10 echipe, care joacă un sezon regulat format din 36 de meciuri, urmat de play-off și play-out. Campionatul este dominat de echipa BC Kalev/Cramo, care a câștigat 12 titluri din 31 de sezoane.
