Martyr's Memorial 'B' Division League (Nepali: शहीद स्मारक बी डिभिजन लीग) is the second tier of the association football league of Nepal football league system after the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League. It was established in 2003 and is run by the All Nepal Football Association. It is currently being held at the ANFA Complex.

**Divizia B a Nepalului**

Divizia B a Nepalului este a doua divizie de fotbal din Nepal, după Liga 1. Este o ligă profesionistă în care concurează 12 echipe. Sezonul se desfășoară în sistem tur-retur, iar cele mai bune două echipe promovează în Liga 1, în timp ce ultimele două clasate retrogradează în Divizia C.

Divizia B a fost înființată în 1964 și este organizată de Federația de Fotbal din Nepal (ANFA). De-a lungul anilor, divizia a produs mai mulți jucători talentați care au reprezentat Nepal la nivel internațional.

Printre cluburile notabile care au concurat în Divizia B a Nepalului se numără Machhindra FC, Nepal Police Club, Tribhuvan Army FC și Manang Marshyangdi Club. Aceste cluburi sunt cunoscute pentru istoria lor bogată și pentru fanii lor pasionați.
