Nigeria Premier League este principala competiție de fotbal din Nigeria. Este organizată de Liga Profesionistă de Fotbal din Nigeria și constă din 20 de cluburi. Sezonul se desfășoară de obicei din ianuarie până în octombrie. Cel mai de succes club din istoria ligii este Enyimba, cu opt titluri de campionat. Liga a fost înființată în 1972 și este una dintre cele mai puternice ligi de fotbal din Africa. În prezent, este clasată pe locul 12 în clasamentul CAF al cluburilor.
