Prima Ligă Glo este primul eșalon din sistemul competițional fotbalistic din Ghana. Fondată în 1956, a fost dominată de Asante Kotoko și Hearts of Oak.

**Ghana Premier League** este cea mai importantă competiție fotbalistică din Ghana. Este organizată de Asociația Fotbalului din Ghana (GFA) și are 18 cluburi. Sezonul se desfășoară între august și mai, fiecare echipă disputând 34 de meciuri. Ghana Premier League a fost fondată în 1958 și este una dintre cele mai competitive ligi din Africa. Clubul cu cele mai multe titluri este Asante Kotoko, cu 24 de titluri.
